Here is a great kettlebell workout we do with our officers. Thought you might enjoy it. Its called the kettlebell ladder.
You are going to perform 1 high pull open palm clean using a heavy kettlebell, set the weight down, shake out your arms and repeat doing 2 reps. Continue this format until you have completed 10 reps. Now go in reverse 10 back to 1
