I've always been old school and keep my running lnfo in a paper logbook but i found a great FREE site that you can track everything, miles ran, route, pace etc. can also keep info on non running days if you ride a bike or hit the gym, swim etc. Very nice site and will let you track most everything with a graph, weekly miles, monthly and more, also keeps track of the miles you have put on your shoes.
