I have some rock, rap, country. I mix it up when a country song comes on I do sit-ups, when a rock song comes on I run/ sprint, When a rap some comes on I do push-ups. I do each one of these till the song is done, I do not have the same type of song back to back so I never get stuck doing like 600 push-ups:eek:.

I jog to Techno/Trance. I'll jump rope to House type music or old school Hip Hop. I'll practice DT/MA or do heavy bag work to "AWM" (angry white music). ;)
