Hello all. I am planning on implementing a workout routine to put a small bit of muscle mass on (im 21, 6'3" and only 175lbs or so). I am using a routine that is designed for ice hockey players, something that I am. However, I am incorporating running into it, and would REALLY like to incorporate some swimming into it as well.
Basically, can anyone point me to any pre-designed workouts that are really solid cardio and swimming and also put on some mass? I have searched "the googles" (hopefully some of you get that) and have come up empty handed.
