    Home workout routine

    Hey everyone.

Between work, school and the many girls hanging off of me, I find it hard to get to the gym regularly. And when I do, my time is usually compressed between classes, rush hour traffic or some other form of annoyance that has lead me to the creation of this thread.

My usual workout schedule is hitting the weights Mon, Wed, and Fri. I run on Sat, Tues, and Thur. I play paintball every sunday and that works every muscle I had...and some others I was unaware of.

So on some days where I cannot make it to the gym, I find myself at home on my floor doing some exercises. I cant seem to organize them correctly and maximize my workout.

    So far I do:

    pushups (several kinds)
    tricep dips
    squats and squat thrusts
    lunges
    jumping jacks
    leg lifts
    sit ups/crunches

I usually form them into some sort of circuit and do them repeatedly. But I am still confused as to which order and amount I should do.

Any help would be appreciated homies. :D

I use Bas Rutten's DVD's, and I have both of Ross Enamait's books. I'm not sure if I can post commercial links but just google rosstraining. His books are really good. I built a pull up bar outside with 6"x6"x12' posts, sunk them with concrete, and ran an eye bolt through the 2" stell bar and can hang my heavy bag off of it. I also do a lot of hill sprints which only require a hill and my legs. You don't need a bunch of fancy equipment to get in shape.
