I am pretty suprized at how doing something simple like eating the right foods and excercise have made even me have more strenght and confidence when it comes to physical fitness. I never played sports in school and I never workout out or anything. The day I decided I wanted to become a State Trooper was the day that I started working on how to acomplish that goal. The number one thing at that time that I thought would hamper that was my physique. So I went about and changed that and am now closer to reaching my goal. By setting goals for yourself, not only will you try harder to meet them... But once you do meet them you will feel better about yourself and you will press on further to reach new goals.
