Been there is 08/2005. I was prepping for FAM camp. It is your typical comprehensive workout and diet in a PDF file. Not bad, but nothing more than buying the Navy Seal Workout book or the Mens Health Workout Book. The books all focus on the same things, with very few variations for the the agency specific PEB.
