    I don't have that problem..........

but sometimes when I do situps I fart. :D

I've noticed that lately, a lot of bones in my body seem to pop and crack, but they never had before. Sometimes it's painful, sometimes it's not. I think the main thing you should do is stretch out your body, and crack your bones before you start doing a workout. It will feel better.

Most of the bones & joints in my body have been cracking now for quite some time. My fingers, back, neck, jaw, arms, legs, knees, toes, angles, and a few other joints crack extreamly often, and I know for a fact that it's not normal :p

As drumma said, try to stretch before you try situps again.

You took your family and joined in the urban sprawl... can't see the stars as well but you're near the mall.

Go see a chiropractor and get your back adjusted. That will relieve most of the popping. Your back is probably out of alignment.

When we are practicing stealth movements my knees occasionally pop and one ankle pops with every step...LOL I sound like I am walking on an old wood floor. So much for stealth movements. :D

You said it's not *really* painful, so, on a scale from 0-10 (0-no pain, 10-worst ever) how bad is it? I'd say any back pain during sit ups is bad. Maybe you should strengthen your back muscle first?

Haha, well thanks for reminding me of this. Now i have something else to worry about during the PT test. Poor guy holding the feet..

Thank you everyone else for your information. I will give your suggestions a try.

And for the pain scale i would say its a 2-3. just like popping my knuckles.
