    Hydroxycut Hardcore

I am currently trying to drop my weight quick. I have lost 10 lbs in the last week with xyanedrine. However I am out of those and bought Hydroxycut hardcore. My question is are these supplements worth the price? I work out at home due to how expensive gym memberships are. Can anyone supply me with a good at home workout regiment. I am running 2 miles twice aday and one hour of muscle failure.

If they work for you and cause you to stick to your program, then yes. Otherwise, no.

Remember, though, your body needs to heal between workouts. If you're working out too much, or you're not getting enough rest between workouts, all the work you're doing will be counter productive.

Honestly? No they aren't worth the price- especially for the casual dieter. Not to shoot you down- but the 10 lbs you lost in the past week isn't all fat; maybe 2 or 3 lbs of that is fat if you're doing everything correctly.

I always advise people to use all natural supplements; especially when looking to drop weight- Hoodia is a good supplement to keep your hunger in check and Tonalin CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid) is an essential fatty acid that your body will need anyway. Both are relatively cheap; all natural and much more appropriate for your goals.

Quick isn't the way to do it by the way- slow and steady wins the race.

They will raise your blood pressure some. In order for me to safely take them i quit smoking, and changed my diet. However the label tells you how to take them safely.

thanks for the information mike. I am taking Dietex shakes which are suppose to control your appettite along with giving protein. Other than taht i eat about 2 bananas per day, eat skinless grilled chicken and pasta. I drink water, coffee, and cranberry juice. I was worried about the coffee, but M&F says that it is good for the body (no sugar or cream).

Controlling your appetite can be done simply by eating more meals and emphasizing protein and good fats in the meals. You'll get way more bang for your buck if you take the money you want to spend on Dietex shakes and head to the grocery store and get peanut butter, eggs, chicken, lean beef, tuna, whole grain breads, rice, pasta, potatoes, oatmeal and milk.

Digestion of carbohydrates begins in the mouth with amalayse in the saliva and ends in the stomach- that's why it is so satisfying to have a piece of bread and why most of us crave that when a food craving comes along.

In contrast- protein digestion begins in the stomach with hydrocloric acid and ends in the large intestine- leaving you fuller for longer as this keeps insulin in check as the body is not as busy with the glucose manufacturing as it would be with carbohydrates.

2 bananas are going to make you more hungry because of the high sugar content and lack of protein or fat.

Grilled chicken breast and pasta is good- I'd kick the pasta a few days a week and substitute a potato or some rice for it.

Sub cranberry juice for milk if you aren't lactose intolerant- feed the muscles..your progress will be much better.

M&F is nothing but a whole bunch of supplement ads with some fancy information that really doesn't cut to the core of things.

I recommend a good whey protein shake and for appetite control and metabolism the supplements I mentioned above.

just a thought: maybe ease up on the banana's. lots of sugar. fruit in general has a lot of sugar so watch your intake. sugar = bad. : ) 1/2 banana a day in your protien shake should be plenty. plus, 2 a day could overload you with potassium...

    just my 2 cents.

They also make your dookie red witch is a little worrysome.

They work for me because they give me the motivation and energy to get there and do it. Like the other poster put it "If they work for you then use them" It is kinda like No2, there is not a real phisiological reason to take them other than they provide more blood flow but they make me look (temp.) and feel better at the gym. Because I feel better I work out longer. Because I work out longer I get better results.

It is up to you. I would suggest eating right, cardio and weight lifting.

The key to being health is THIS: Eat a little less and workout a little more.
