Should I hold off on Creatine

If I pass the psych eval I just had, I'll be going to a medical exam. Should I hold off on cycling my creatine till after? Next week the 4 weeks off will be up. Thanks for the help.

i would say yes.. not because its illegal but because they might find it weird that your creatinine will be too anormally high and suspect kidneys problems in the futur... or call the police departement ask theme directly without your name.... just ask like someone who wahnts to apply...

Enough people are taking creatine that if this were a problem everyone would have heard about it by now. The drug tests aren't going to see creatine and confuse it for cocaine. It doesn't matter if you keep taking it. If it makes you feel better to stop then stop but I can't see it making any difference.

It won't make a lick of difference to stop or continue for your medical or piss test. It doesn't elevate your blood pressure, cholesterol, or affect your respitory system. Aside from your obvious outward physical check, they are going to be checking that stuff to make sure your a suitable candidate with more or less good health. You can tell the physician your taking supplements too, it won't hurt.

Having said that, the combination creatines that contain L-Arginine or Nitrious Oxide by products as a means of a carrier for the creatine and muscle stimulant for growth can show up as higher than normal blood levels. The NO2 accelerates the absorbtion rate by speeding the creatine and Arginine to the muscles during a workout, and can stay in the muscles hours afterwards. Nothing permanent.

Pure monohydrate/ester creatine will not advance your blood tests to anything abnormal.

yeah your definitely safe, creatine is harmless when it is not over done and plenty of water is drank.
