    Combo it up. Heavy presses, heavy rows. Then another day work heavy biceps and heavy triceps, but change your set/rep scheme. Simple scheme is 3-4 sets 8-10 reps for presses and pulls; 3 sets 10-12 reps biceps and triceps.

    eat more + compound movements. i agree with the presses and rows but in all honesty, you don't need a heavy bi/tri day to get your arms bigger or stronger IMO. compound movements (ie. bench/rows/deads...) allow you to move more weight and progress while spending a lot of time isolating the smaller muscles will not. i'd focus on the larger muscle groups and not even worry about isolation for a change. it'll give the muscle fibers time to repair and grow (less is more so to speak).

    i'd also pass on the muscle & fitness mag, it's gone to crap for the most part. again, just my opinion ;).
