Please Lord in Heaven tell me you are joking. 'Cause if not, this is exactly the kind of shet that makes so many Officers total pussies. "Lemme see, I may have to chase somebody down an alley, hop a chain ling fence, sprint down a gangway, then become involved in a life or death, hand to hand fight that may involve weapons. Core Rythym's....that's the phucking answer!"
I just club-dancin' and drink lots of beer.. it's jsut as effective.![]()

In all honesty I really can't see too many men being interested in something like this but I sure as heck would love to have abs like the founders because they are absolutely ripped.Originally Posted by CityOfChicago

IMO that's in the same category s the Abdomizer, Sweatin to the Oldies and the hundreds of other fad diets and exercise "programs". A bunch of garbage if you ask me unless of course you want to learn how to dance.
People can see marginal results with this because for the first time in 10 years they've actually gotten up off their *** and exercised. Eat right, follow a sound exercise program and stick with the program and you'll see impressive results.
Dancing is the main reason that this program caught my eye and I completely agree with you that following a sound exercise program and eating right is the best way to slim down.Originally Posted by cruzmisl

If its fun for you, something you enjoy and will be a way for you to get motivated to get some exercise and cardio I think its a great idea

Ahhhh... I say bullshet. You wanna do bellydancing and pole dancing and the like, be a stripper or a school teacher. I stand by my first comments.
Don't think that these would fall in the same category as Latin Dancing, but I guess a stripper could add it to her routine.Originally Posted by CityOfChicago
