    Physical Fitness

I did a search on this subject and I didn't find any threads that discsussed it. I am about 120lbs and I want to gain more weight, mainly muscle mass. If any of you have a serious workout plan or had suggestions on different proteins or hard core supplements that worked for you, feel free to let me know. Also if any of the LEO's had any imput I would appreciate it. Thanks.

there are plenty of posts on this topic. You just aint searching hard enough. Well here goes. Gaining weight can be quite difficult. Depends mainly on genetics, diet, and workout routine. What does this all mean to you??? Well if your metabolism is fast, it is possible to gain weight but not too much! The golden rule is EAT EAT EAT. Im talkiing every 2 hours. Some say go eat mcdonalds, BK etc. I dont reallly believe in this. Everyday will result in complications later in life. Supplement wise, i personally like ISOPURE MASS. About 900 calories per serving and helps to supplement a meal. It all comes down to lifting hard, eatting every 2 hours, and hoping your metabolism isnt too fast. Are you a male or female?? and what is your height??? Heres my concerns with gaining weight. A- you dont wnat to gain fat B- you want to gain muscle and you want to lift heavy but you want to do it in a safe manner. Gaining weight does not come easy and will take you some time to see realll good results. Just stick with it and be safe
