reeds, muscle milk is decent. Im in favor of it. To tell you the truth, i was drinking a protein drink and i thought about this post. I was drinking a ISOPURRE protein drink. It didnt have any of those things you mentioned in it. 240 calories, 40 grams of protein, decent flavors. Listen, before i started the nypd academy, i used be a personal trainer. I worked out for about 6 years now. Ive tried NO2, protein drinks, weight gainers, creatine and thats about it. The things you are thinking about taking, something for weight loss, they mainly suppress your appetite or raise you metabolism rate. Sound alittle unhealthy?? well we dont really know. There arent enough long term studies. I promise you one thing, when it comes to weight loss, if you did a STRICT DIET AND WORKOUT routine, youd get the same results. I mean strict man, to the teeth. You really dont need that crap. You guys can bash on my post if you think im wrong, but ive seen alot of things with those supplements. Something that needs to be a personal decision

Yeah, they should be able to tide you over. Just be careful not to eat too many, because they contain soy, so don't eat more than 1 or 2 a day. Remember to READ LABELS. A lot of sh*t gets pumped into the mass-produced meal replacements out there that you really don't want.

    No problemo.

Powerbars have High Fructose Corn Syrup in them usually - that's not the way to get healthy, you want to cut as much of that out of your diet as possible.
