Next week I'll be starting my academy next week, I've been running a lot and trying to hit light weights, pushups & situps of course.
Being my last week before being in HELL, what should I be doing any chance I get? My wife tells me to also run whe I get home (I run 3 miles in the morning)
I weigh about 240 if that makes a diff. Should I keep running when I get home from work as well or hit the weights in the evening when I get home?
