    Drop Sets

Just got back from the gym - my buddy and I decided to do drop sets (burnouts) on the bench. Warmed up with 10x135, then pumped it up to 185 with 10lb. plates. Maxed out reps, drop 10lbs. from each side, max out reps, lather, rinse, repeat. It's humbling when you max out benching just the bar.

Got done with one set, and we decided to do another. Dropped it down to 165, and repeated the process. I tweaked my hammy somehow during that second set...that was kinda odd. But yeah, after that, I felt better than I had all day. And my chest looked rather nice, might I add. ;)

So yeah...ummm...time to hit the sack!

Well, now that my belly button fiasco is somewhat under control, I have begun my old routine again. Due to everything that I do, I split my weekly routine to include two days of lifting. Because there are only two days, I am going heavy, and I do pilates in between on my run days.

It is my first week actually starting to get back into my routine and everynight by nine, I am whipped. LOL But, I am feeling much better.

Glad to hear the ooooooozing has subsided I hate getting hurt and not being able to hit the gym. Never tried pilates though...I think I'd spend more time staring at the women in tight clothes...

Uh guys and gals^^ bellybutton fiasco, OOOOZING ? Did i miss the X-rated warning on this thread:p
"Det. Tim Bayliss: You never say please. You never say thank you.
Det. Frank Pembleton: Please don't be an idiot. Thank you. "

" From the tracks on his arms, large caliber wound, proximity to a heroin market... I'd say it was a heated dispute about the symbolism of red and blue in 18th-century French romantic poetry"
