This isn't spam - I know many of you are currently weight training, or intend to do so. I've found that the best way to learn is to do it, but it's good to know what you're doing beforehand. So, here's a website that shows you how to do each exercise, what the exercise works, and also debunks many of the myths that are out there (like spot-reduction).
