    I hear you - but I'm a stud so it's OK :D
    Actually, I've never had knee issues, even after years of football, powerlifting, and strongman. Now, lower back is another story..... But the place I'm really feeling it is my hip flexors. I'm up to 310 for 20 now, and adding that to football and sprints, my poor hips ain't gettin no rest. I think it's about time to go back to 10's lol!
