DOnt know if this is appropriate but it cant hurt. I ordered pizza and cheesy bread tonight for me and the kids. I took the garlic-butter sauce and left it out on the counter. 3 hours later, :eek: ITS NASTY SOLID...

you should see what happens when you leave a ponderosa (or sizzler type resturaunt) steak out on the table uncooked for an hour or two. Turns in to something resembling green jello, but not as clear :eek:
