    Need help Running?

I know for me, I can't run to save my life. So if you aren't a good runner and have a few months (like 4), try this. I have not done it, but from what I have heard, it yeilds great results.

There are also other great fitness, and workout plans at beginnertriathlete.com. More geared toward triathletes, but gives great nutrional advice and workout plans.

Here is the link to the Couch to 5k Program:

It might help. I started off by breaking a mile up in 1/4's. THen after two weeks I divided it in 1/2's and then 1 mile for a month or two. Then 1 full mile and 1/4. Next week 1whole + two 1/4's. And I kept moving up from there. Recently I moved to another city and had no running program for six months. DON'T DO THAT! I'm having a helluva time and had to start off at square 1. It's getting better though.
