thank you! im definately not looking for compliments (although they are very welcome ;) I just want help maybe somebody who swears that they have tried "every diet under the sun" and nothing will work. I didnt do a diet, I just began eating healthy and the way you should eat daily. And I got off my lazy butt and exercised! simple as that.....so again, it can be done regardless of how big you are!
