1. Sorry for your loss. 2. Why are you posting over 5 YEARS After his death and 3 years after Elkins was supposedly released (why didn't you post during that time between)? 3. How would anyone here know anything about what happened during the incident or anything/all that followed afterwards? 4. You should be talking (should have talked) to the District Attorney or Deputy District Attorney that handled the case. 5.
