This has nothing to do with LE, but my niece who's a teacher in Texas introduced me to this blog. I wish this woman had been around when my kids were little. I surprised she's survived lawyers and irate parents, but I bet she's a hell of a teacher.

Ummm RET? Do you think she really drove by the parents house that didn't show up for PTO lol! If so yeah that's kind of creepy.... I strongly suspect a lot of it is tongue in cheek. I think she says things though that a lot of teachers would like to.

I'm hoping she's not a real teacher though. A lot less than that have gotten teachers fired in the past - not that I think it's right that they were fired - but it's reality.

I think she is ...and I agree with you. I feel as though being a teacher is obviously one of the professions that should lead by example... With that being said I wouldn't want her to teach my 2nd grader! My son attends a private Christian academy... She would fit in real well there
