Captain Frank Drebin, Police Squad!
EOW 11/28/2010
"Hello. My name is Lieutenant Frank Drebin, Detective Sergeant, Police Squad."
One hopes there is a special place in Hell for the evil people who make, trade, and possess child pornography. Until they get there, we are committed to putting them in jail. -- David Procopio, Massachusetts State Police
What anyone else does is fine, but even at my drunkest and craziest, I never saw a tattoo that I thought I even might want to live with for the rest of my life.
But some people like poking holes in their bodies too and think it's attractive. What ever floats your boat.
I think these were professionally done.......

Apparently, I'm supposed to be more angry about what Mitt Romney does with his money than what Barack & Michelle Obama do with mine
My Little Buddy
you guys are bad..... Pathos when I got mine it was a sister pack thing I was 18 and my sister was 24, we did it for my 18th birthday and that night she took me to my first club....:D
back to the subject...Ive heard different opions about tattoos going over bony areas I've heard that it hurts pretty bad.. but then some people say not so much..I guess it depends on the person, Ret I used to think I did'nt think I could ever get one I always thought they were pretty or cool on other people but I have a artistic eye..I am fascinated with all the meanings.. I have wanted a sparrow tattoo for about four years now..a sparrow b/c my grandfather whom I was also very close to was a veteren of PearL Harbor, and you know sparrows are a common tattoo for sailors, plus they never leave their mate, the location of the tattoo b/c we carry our burdens on our back and our burdens is where we find our strength....
** My guy is going to custom draw the tattoo that I want. for free we've been friends since kindegarten literally....I really like about three tattoos... so i'm going to combine them into one **
Two sparrows facing each other holding a banner of roses with the nail cross in the center... i will have my sparrows, my vintage roses and my cross .... he's going to draw it up for me and then we will go from there I'll post pictures when he sends it to me I'm EXCITED!!!!!

I'd go with Vanillaroma. That's a classic.
SANE, if it means something to you then get it regardless of what others think. Like RDS I was never against getting one myself but I would want something I'm not going to regret later.
I guess I always viewed it as a more masculine thing which is why I never really liked them on women. Not calling you manly or anything though lol.

I was thinking that pine might actually be a good choice for you. Outdoorsy kind of guy. Hiking the Appalachian Trail in a part of the country where everyone is part of a single extended family and the only thing you are legally allowed to defend yourself with is a Banjo - you have real danger: Bears. Bears will track the scent of blood and fish for miles. But with pine scent, though, instead of tracking you and a loved one, they are only tracking you and a tree. They'd have to be real hungry to go after that.
I say keep the pine for safety.
Sane:
I'm with Greg if it means something to you by all means do it. It really doesn't matter what we think.
