    Healthy meals for weight gain?

    I decided that it's time to go on a weight gain binge because well im really underweight. (6'4 150LBS) People give me crap all the time for being a "toothpick" most that do are usually overweight so I just sling a fat joke back at them but it's has gotten old. So I figured anything that has high calories (low sat fat cals) and high protein would be a good place to start.
    Any suggestions for meals like this? I am not a chef by any means, but I do know how to cook stuff.

    If you want to put weight on, you need to take extra protein and start doing more heavy weight lifting to pack on muscle. Muscle weights more than fat.

    Eat lots of protein (Not all protein is meat). Take muscle builder powders (mostly protein/creatine).
