my husband bought these organic brownies at a food auction the other night so I thought I would eat one......BIG MISTAKE... O M G it was DISGUSTING..... literally it made me throw up after one bite and it was good ( the expiration date) just nasty b/c it was organic I guess... it tasted like rotten rabbit food... NEVER AGAIN!!! ugh... I get green thinking about it.... does all organic stuff taste like this???

after posting this i reread the packaging........ 7 grams of fiber and 12 g of protein.... umm yeah that would explain the nasty taste....

Organic is GOOD for you but never seems to taste as good as the " manufactured " stuff. It also tends to spoil quicker without any preservatives so easting it soon is also the key.

well according to the packaging it was still within date but that doesn't always mean anything, it had that vitamin taste to it like a healthy bar..i even tried to make myself eat it and there was noway...I'll stick to my little debbies

Organic just means the products are chemical free . . . . health food alternatives . . . . that's another story . . . . like carrob . . yuk!!!! Crap tasting food is crap tasting food, organic or not.
