Yesterday while I wasn't feeling well my wife stuck me with baby duty while she was cleaning up and the baby had just fallen asleep and I was dead tired. As I was on my way back from the kitchen with a fresh cup of water headed to the man room (where I planned on taking a nap in my recliner) and I walk past the master bedroom and my wife calls out to me. I zombie walk back to the bedroom to see what she needs. My wife is 5'2", piled on the bed was a mountain of clean clothes needing to be folded and put away, the mountain was literally over my wife's head. She asked "will you help me put the clothes away.""No" *walks into man room and falls fast asleep*

Moral, while asking doesn't always work you can't be mad unless you took the effort to ask.

P.S. - Advise your wife to buy all the kids' socks in same brand and color (white), and to buy all your work socks in the same brand and color, and then you don't have to sort and fold the socks. Just throw them into a drawer, unsorted. Saves much time, and then if you lose one or two in the wash, it won't even matter.

my grandpa used to tell me to buy all black socks b/c you always have a match, I HATE laundry I always separate it ackordingly ...... towels, whites, work clothes, regular clothes and my son's separate and I also put hangers in the laundry room so as soon as stuff comes out of the dryer I hang it up

it is 1am here and my three year old nephew ( first time he has ever stayed the night) REFUSES to go to sleep! I have been up since 530am and worked 13 hours today, but I can't go to sleep while he is still up.... also how is it the hubby volunteered to baby sit but he is snoring away.... IMAGINE THAT!!!!!!

AND..... I have to study tomorrow..... I will be a zombie for sure probabley falling asleep at the library...
