The histroy of our planet, basically... It's a huge book that explains scienctific facts before we knew them, really amazing... There is a LEO here in Portland that read it, he was at the house once and we got talking about it...
The book explaing physics, astrophysics and so much more and much of the info was not known at the time and has been validified since...

From a documentary I saw on TV, I saw that they talk about the history of Earth (which they have renamed Urantia) from its origin in a sun (ours) thrown out by the now extinct Andronover nebula billions of years ago to the present. Its geologic and life evolution after 'implantation' (which cracks me up) is tracked as well.

The Book of Urantia also talks about the life and teachings of Jesus. From sources they just now found, his 'pre-Urantian' life is laid out and the details of his early life on 'Urantia' are told year by year. (YEAR by YEAR! Its amazing what they know feom these never before seen documents) Amazing what they made up (I mean 'discovered') They talked about details of his family life, his religious growth, the death of his 'father', Joseph, and much detail which was apparently withheld from his apostles/disciples.

Haven't read it, no. But I don't need to eat poop to know its yucky. lol Don't get me wrong, there are many many positive things in the book, but I don't agree with choosing parts that you like and forgetting parts you don't like. I've seen too many religions do that.

Well any book that explains scientific facts before they were known by modern science is, well, something else. Although I don't understand what you wrote above....
Anyway, I've only read the first couple thousand pages so far.....
