How old were you when you bought your first house

I remember a few years back some guy getting in trouble here. He split up with his wife and she said she wanted half so he left half for her. He even went and got a buldozer so he could take his half of the house, which was quite fair really given he didn't take his half of the block of land.

My attorney told me that peoples' IQ's drop at least 40 points when going through a divorce. I believe it.

I've witnessed some otherwise rational people do some incredibly dumb things. I learned early on to keep my mouth shut and do only what my lawyer advised.
