......I believe the suggestion has been offered before, but is it possible to have a record of the reps we've sent? I know there was a record with the old software, but it seems to have disappeared now.

Previously, (to my knowledge), there was only a record of the last 5 or so reps that were received or sent, and they were fluid, not permanent.

I am still wondering about the possibility of mass storage of saved PM's as we had previously.

Yes, that was actually what I was referring to. The record of reps sent appears to be completely abolished--that, or I'm just missing something. I can see the reps I've received, however.

The more I see of the new look the better I like it. Administration has taken something that was lacking, fine tuned it till it's Dang near " PERFECT."
