"WOW", what a difference 24 hrs makes. I just opened the site and the site seems to have been redesigned, pleasant to the eye and looks similiar to the old site. I tried to start a New Thread about the site but couldn't find a place to do that??????

They explain how the forum owner, Internet Brands, also owns vBulletin, and they determined that this new software works best for their site - so, basically, they determined that while it may not have been broken, there was something better, along with a few other changes.
Hopefully, you can learn to adjust/adapt because it is here to stay

IIRC, the shoutbox is/can be rather anonymous. You could have any anti-cop jerk come in here and put all sorts of nasty things in there.

Generally with shoutboxes you have to be a registered member before you can use them. If a member is banned, then all their comments in the shoutbox go away. ;)
