Too hot and too timid to hit the beach. Great white sharks come in 100ft to the shoreline.

Ah no. You wouldn't be jealous of this. It reached 106F that day and I am told it goes over 120. PLUS there is humidity. I have spent a couple of summers in Vero Beach and that was a bit much.

It's been constant light rain for the past week or more, temperature in the upper 40's, lower 50's. It was 54 last night when I went to bed.

I can live with heat, but humidity? I just can't stand it--especially at 106! Yeesh--that's got to be unbearable.

Where I am, it's still cool out. The forecast says 56 degrees--finally, a cooler Christmas in Florida.

Right now its 27F (-3C) kind of hazy. Actually not at all unpleasant for this area and this time of year. Yesterday it was up around 35F, I was able to go outside in jeans and a sweatshirt.

We might see some light snow tomorrow, with freezing rain/sleet for the next three days.
