Stupid Taxi (cab) driver

This morning my team and me had to make speed control with the laser gun. I checked both directions incoming and outgoing with the laser. It was right in front of our station building.

Short after we started I hit a taxi driver with 49 in a 30 zone incoming direction. Around 30 minutes later I got him again outgoing with 52 in the 30 zone and our second control team stopped him after my info via radio. The driver was very p*ssed because he thought that I only check the incoming direction. But he had the chance to view the second team while running in the city before we stopped him.
