Just remember, no President has won the election without winning Ohio. Judging by the way things are going, Obama is the next Jimmy Carter.

I saw something the other day, I think on Drudge, that showed that PoohBama has just as fast a Popularity Rocketship going South as his Agenda was headed North, and that at this point in Carter's Presidency, Poohbama is less popular by a few points.

Have you checked out Do something, Learn something, Share something, Change something - Meetup.com for your area? Usually, if you are signed up with The 912 Project or with the Tea Party, they post when they are going to have Parties. 912 is pretty much hand in hand with the Tea Partiers, but in my area the Tea Partiers don't have organised meetings, they just have Rallies.

Our Tea Partiers have been able to Rally 200 people with a couple of days notice when something is happening in Washington.

My local 912 group has published bylaws and is just awaiting their approval before becoming a 501(?) PAC group, which will probably happen at our meeting this month.

Have you seen the Youtube's of some of the Townhall's? People are giving their Congresscritters Hell. Some have decided they won't be holding them, according to some of the news releases I've seen. Of course today I hear that the Presidential Press Spokesman claims that dissent is manufactured at these meetings.:rolleyes:

This is what I got through my Meetup site re: your Ohio Party:

Columbus Ohio Tea Party yesterday drew about 10,000 it is estimated.
They probably drew that crowd because they had Former Judge Napolitano
(Fox News Regular) as their invited guest speaker.

I hope in the future we can do something like that to draw thousands of
supportors to protest the attack on the Constitution.

By Pelosi opening her mouth, she'll gain brownie points with the far left loons.

However she is also going to tick off the much larger majority of normal people in this country. It's really going to come back to haunt them during the midterm election.

I just read that they are expecting 50,000... 50K... at a soon to be held Tea Party in Sacramento, so you guys in CA who are silently wishing to get off of your couch can participate. ;)

I tend to stay away from civil and public expressions on politics to keep my job out of it. Plus eventhough I'm a moderate libertarian type there are some weird *** people at these and similar events.

I have yet to be asked what I do or what I did. They don't care.

There will be some weird *** people in every crowd.

The key is to get off of your couch and do something, because the politician don't pay attention to anything else.

I can guarentee that if you do nothing, you will regret it later.

It isn't about being asked what I do, it's about they mayor, police chief, city council, outraged DB citizen, etc seeing me on tv at a rally.
