I just got back from goofing around in the high country. Seen a huge bull moose chasing a cow. He was so riled up he never even saw me.

Spent damn near ALL DAY wrenchin' on this little car. Had an exhaust leak and had to replace the exhause manifold gasket. Pain in the *** trying to jockey things in and out of position in that tiny engine compartment, but it's all done.

Yep there are a few Moose in Colorado. There is one where I bowhunt. Which is odd but true. These two were in the NW portion of the state. I almost always see at least one when i go up there goofing around. These two just walked right up on me.

I'm going to try my hand with the elk again next week. I'm not holding my breath though. Smoke polers are out and that usually jacks things up pretty good.
