Do you approve of waterboarding as a means of interrogating known terrorists?
Not only do I approve of waterboarding, but to prevent another day like 9/11/01 I would approve of keel hauling.
Waterboarding has been proven to be the only interrogation method that works, as it was the means used on Khalid Sheikh Mohammed to provide the information which prevented the airliner attack on the US Bank Tower, formerly the Library Tower in downtown Los Angeles.

I don't have a problem with it as a form of entertainment, but I don't believe that's the best way to get reliable information. From the Spanish Inquisition to police practices in some countries (including ours not that many decades ago), enough torture and you can make anyone say anything.
Again, I don't care squat about the "humanitarian" aspect of it. But drowning is one of my biggest phobias. You do that to me and I'll confess to the Lincoln assassination and name half of you guys as co-conspirators.

Since when should a person who would cut your head off because of your religious belief have special protections under an obsolete document, when we have no assurance that even our military men and women in Iraq and Afghanistan have these protections.
Personally I'm amazed that some liberals have chosen LE as a profession, when they believe basic interrogation techniques are too harsh.:confused:
