Attention wh0res like that piss me off. People that really want to kill themselves rarely wait for an audience. All they do is take up time and resources.....

I used to have the top level of an Interstate bridge on my district. When it first opened, I continually got calls on jumpers on the damn thing. There was a ledge about 3' wide on the other side of the guard rail and they'd stand there and wait for me to come.

The way I always handled them was to get out of the car, slam the door, walk directly to them, grab them and pull them over the guardrail and handcuff them. Every single time they'd start whining that I didn't try to talk to them first.:rolleyes: I'd tell them sorry, this isn't a freaking movie script and haul them to jail for disorderly conduct.

LMAO I seen that one too. Actually they shot her right above the eye and in the stomach. Both shots broke the skin.


Before they lit her up she was telling them to shoot her. Well...they obliged albeit with less lethal and she asked "why did you shoot me?"

I watched that episode too. I was surprised at the damage that the bean bags did. I assumed (wrongly I guess) that the bean bags would leave bruising or welts, but not actually cut a person up that bad. Is that what a person usually looks like after going head to head with bean bag round(s)? Just curious.

There's a reason beanbag projectiles are called, "less lethal" - not, "less than lethal." The chance of bodily injury or death still exists with those items. Pepperball, fin-stabilized, beanbags, tridents, etc. can all be pretty damaging in the right circumstances.

Think about it. A bean bag or any less than lethal ordinance is going pretty fast when it hits a person.

Its like getting pelted with a 100 mph baseball. Is it less than lethal? Yes.

Is it going to jack up whoever gets hit by it? YES!
