Well the phenomina of global dimming is that is produces a colling effect. It's due to the reduction in the amount of direct light. Thus making it seem as that the temperatures are decreasing, but all it is really doing is deflecting the actual damage being done by global warming. So we think it is colder, but we are actually still heating up.
