College advice?

I'm going to try to get into college next fall at Linn State Technical College for Industrial Electricity: Construction emphasis (Residential and commercial wiring).

I'm also hunting for an apartment down there. I got an Off-Campus housing listing from them, and I'm also going to go visit the campus today (Saturday, October 18th).

My parents have said that they will pay for my rent, which will help me out a little bit. That means I might have a little money for gas in whatever I drive, hopefully a truck of some sort.

I was wondering if any of you guys here have any advice for college, getting in, finding a place to live down there, all that.

We're going to find a way to pay for tuition, too.

Craigslist is a GREAT resource for finding everything from apartments to furnniture and they have a nice FREE section for people getting rid of stuff. Columbia/ Jefferson City

Right now any of the "trades" is something to really look into.
