Chewy, I think it just comes down to the people there being savages. I grew up there and know what it is like. Certain people there will kill you over $1, or if they think you look at them the wrong way, or if you're in a crowded mall or subway and you accidentally bump into them. They are such worthless excuses for humans.
Philly is a serious sh*thole and I am so glad I do not live there anymore. What was once a great city is now a dump.
