    Realtor question in California

I got this house down the block from mine and it is for sale. The realtor in charge however, has taken the sign down and I suspect is renting it "on the side" and under the table. There is NO furniture in the house execpt for maybe a few box springs and that's it. There are like 8 people living in there and they are always VERY loud and bothersome. They park their car in the front driveway and play their music with the bass turned way up. I've spoken to them several times about their music too.

There are always strange cars coming and going at all hours of the day. Today I saw a couple of gang members park their car in the driveway and they've been there all day. I know something shady is going on.

I am pretty sure the realtor is renting on the side because my neighbor, who lives directly across the street from them heard the "residents" tell the realtor in Spanish they did not have the money yet. My neighbor confronted the realtor and asked if he was the one "renting" it out and confirmed he was. My neighbor complained to the realtor and he said he would talk to the "residents".

Now, I have not personally observed any blatant illicit activity, but I KNOW something is going on that is not kosher. Is there an agency that governs realtors that I can report them to? should I just call the DA's office and complain to them?

There have been scams around here, and I am sure in other states as well, with people that have access to foreclosed homes renting them on the side.

Any input or ideas? Like I said, I have no solid proof, but it know something is not right.
