I hope you guys can see this (if not this will make no sense). This is a picture left by a patient following a group. It cracked me up so much that I have it on my fridge!! Obviously he drew it but why I don't know....

My clinicial interpretation:
The above mentioned individual has clearly abused illicit substances for so long that neurological damage is evidenced. Clearly, he is experiencing delusions in that he expresses concern over having a large ear and believes that he is a goose. His subsequent use of the words "crack/rack" indicates a long held desire to break into the hip hop music community. However his inability to cope with such an unattainable desire is motivating his substance abuse.~Respect all.....fear none
