Story behind tendinitis:
Was working out legs about 3 weeks ago. Workout consisting of barbell calf raises exercises. I loaded up 525 onto the barbell with wrist wraps on. lifted off and tore/pulled my tendon that connects with my right thumb to the wrist area. I'm stuck in a stupid arm wrap that isolates my thumb.
This thing is driving me NUTS, I can't hardly work out or type/use the computer keyboard or mouse! :p
The best thing is I had a 300+lb cashier at walmart inquire about my injury. When I told her it was workout related she apparently felt that she knew more about lifting weights than I did and that I needed to "lift smart, not with so much weight." Yeah, you sure do look like the expert hun ;)
I've used it. Great stuff.
Apparently, I'm supposed to be more angry about what Mitt Romney does with his money than what Barack & Michelle Obama do with mine
My Little Buddy
While I have not used it, many at my martial arts school do!!

I've used it quite a bit because of weight lifting muscle aches or sports related injuries. I've found it to be a lot better than Icy Hot, though I like the Icy Hot patches if I want something to stay on during class and not smell quite as strong.
Don't rub it on your haemorrhoids.
Gene Hunt: Anything happens to this motor, I'll come 'round your houses and stamp on all your toys. Got it? Good kids.
Does it say, "Not to be taken orally"? :p:p:p:p:p
