I'm stuck here at the near the water in Jersey City, NJ. At some Red Carpet Inn on truck route 1&9. I will be here and be free tomorrow the whole day, and most of the day Sunday. Anyone around? Want to go sight seeing, let me go on a ride along, eat, see a movie, go to a museum, anything? Never actually been in the city yet. Only catch is I have a 13'6" tall vehicle that weighs 9 tons. I can maybe take a bus or train to a certain point, but I've never taken a US subway before. You'd have to tell me where to go.:D
Might not have a chance at this again in a long while. Any takers?
side note, I'm heading to Guelph (Not Toronto sorry, my Canadian geography isn't up to par yet) on Monday.

I'll meet ya....make your way into Manhattan and take the 1 train to the ferry...come on over to Staten Island...fringe benefit is you can play with a Rottweiler and we can see a wrestling match together (those were my plans anyway)...
My 2 friends wrestle for an organization called WUW (World of Unpredictable Wrestling) headed by a WWE hall of famer, "The Unpredictable" Johnny Rodz. "Steven Person" was a buddy of mine through HS and we served in Iraq together, and the other buddie is a rookie NYPD cop that works out at the gym with me.

I was doing my trip plan to the gym, call me if its for somewhere else.
Other than that I plan on going to central park nat his museum and try to not get lost going other places. Wow, don't know if I should feel ashamed or what. Took a trip to Central Park, M. Natural History, walked around time square a little, am currently at the NYC Library. I guess I'll just pretend that the 100 odd views were from people not in NYC or otherwise engaged.
I don't know when the last bus I can take back to NJ is. Trying to meet up with Knight at a gym in Brooklynn. Really concerned with being able to get back to my hotel and truck tonight though. I just got in from the match....butterbar showed and had a pretty good time from what I gathered. Unfortunately no pics of the event, but I'm sure we're on camera from the taping of the event though.

I did have fun, I was never into that kind of entertainment, but I most certainly had a good time. Thanks again.
Ok, I'm scheduled to get loaded and leave around 2100 on the 24th. I am tired enough (still up obviously) that I don't think I'll be able to go back tomorrow before I have to leave. I'd like to thank everyone though. I don't know when/if I can do this again. My job is such that I really hardly ever know where I'm going two days in advance, and most definitely me sitting around this long is NOT normal. I have/had a three day layover here in Jersey City because the company I'm loading at is so far behind in it's orders; it is just taking this long to get a load.
