I didn't know the accusers Mom had accused other men of molesting her son. Or does she have other children that have been molested? Very interesting. Do you have a link??

No, the mother (allegedly (sp)) has been found to have used her son to file false claims for money before this attempt.

I don't have time to dig up a link, but I can tell you that this was aired on FOX, last Saturday. I listened to it over and over again, while eating turkey dinner. Over and over again. Maybe you can find it on their website.

My point is that if you create the situation, then you are in fact responsible. Besides, juries decided culpability, not insurance companies. Sure, there is some fraud, but lets face it, WallyMart isn't exactly the most upstanding corporate citizen. I refuse to shop there even going out of my way to support the smaller shops that pay their people a decent wage.

I agree with you, yah. But for the fact that the store offered limited quantities of this item, the argument/trampling/fight wouldn't have ensued. If there was a good size quantity of items available, then the people wouldn't have to fight their way to the display.

I do all my shopping on the Net...Get it gift wrapped and shipped to whomever, wherever...Wanna know how many times I have been trampled on? I know better to stay out of the stores at this time. Choice theory once again. And if there is a great deal going on somewhere...Forget it. I personally would pay the extra money just to NOT have to deal with other people trying to get it cheap.
