My opinion is that I don't like jumping all over every thread and every post. If it's "beyond obvious," or "shocks the conscience" (lol), then of course an immediate ban is fine. Not sure who posted it, but I absolutely agree; if you don't like someone, just add their nickname to your ignore list under your usercp and leave it at that.

I am sure they can smell "50" at 100 yards !
The panhandlers bug me at the Inner Harbor more than anything. Otherwise it is a nice place to take the family. When I am off duty I really try to be OFF DUTY !
