Yup.
Thats what I'm making for dinner.
So far, I have browned off the chicken, sauteed the shrooms, onions, and garlic, and made the gravy. (NO LUMPS!:eek: )
I made the gravy with a little flour, butter, oil, milk, and some good chicken stock, and salt and pepper, being sure to scrape up all the fond. It tastes really good.
I smothered the chicken with the gravy, covered it, and it is now in the oven.
I will post how it turns out.
