I had three out and was put right under for the op.
I came out of it with minor swelling and the next day was eating scrambled eggs.
Had a great doctor and excellent pain management.
About three days later and I wouldn't have known I had the op, except for when my tounge accidentally fell into the gaping holes and grossed me right out!!

The surgery went fine and I got one day in the hospitol away from my company. No TV or radios, but also no CCs screaming in my face. For a week after that whenever I would do pushups I would be spitting blooeed, it looked pretty hard core. :D

I remember getting all 4 of mine out. I had a great doc, knocked me out and had good pain management (percocet).
I think that may have had something to do with my dry socket infection, since the meds made me feel good enough to eat more whole foods. That kind of pain was jaw throbbing every second until I could get it cleaned by the doc. Pain meds at the same level did nothing to help that!
