(as I go into a jealous rage) you couldnt find anything neer as nice as that range that tx put up anywhere in this dump of a state (IL) hell you cant even find an outdoor range none the less an indoor one

We have a shooting range (outdoor) about three miles down the road from me. One side for rifles and the other for handguns. It's way back in the woods, down by the river, not someplace I would go alone. LOL

One of the first times I went there to shoot I went with a male friend. There were a few others there shooting anything from a .22 to a .357 - then this guy that looked like Cooter off of Dukes of Hazard comes up to me and says - "little lady I'm gonna make some noise now, so don't you get scared" he pulls a AK47 out of his truck and proceeds to empty it at the target site. I thought Bass-Pro shops were fishing. We have one in our town, I'm gonna have to find out if they have shooting range. Do they do archery too?
