I tried it and finally deactivated my page.

I got tired of opening it up and finding meaningful comments like, "Well, I got up this morning and I don't know what I'm going to do next".

After suggesting a couple of "friends" stick their heads in the oven, I decided that wasn't a site for me.....

I REALLY have to stop reading this stuff while I'm at work. I started snickering so loud at your posts RDS that someone threw a red BS flag at me....they were upset I wasn't sharing.

One of our fellow RP'ers once talked of approaching a desert road, and it seeing move. Upon getting closer, saw that it was a "herd" of desert tarantulas going across the road. I think it was Cat Doc or creeker. Not sure.

I've seen it before long, long, long ago.

My Grandparents moved into a new subdivision (back then...) outside of Austin when I was a wee lad, and there wasn't much of anything else around besides ranch land. On the way to town one day, we came upon a line of vehicles stopped in the road for.....tarantulas. A "herd" of the buggers were crossing the road in a line like ants.

I had never seen it before, nor since.

Back then it wasn't uncommon to run across a tarantula or scorpion though...

Now, not so much as it is not only developed, but overdeveloped, and hippies are running amok...

Nope, it was me. It was near Aspermont, Texas. I'm sure everyone knows where that is...... There must have been a couple of thousand of them. I'd never seen them congregate like that. Probably headed for cuntryboy's house.....

Yeah, I would have turned around and drove the other direction, quickly. And I doubt Texas DPS would have found my excuse as very funny when they clock me at 140mph going the other way.

Ok, RDS, I'm trying to upload a video. I have been figure skating for many, many years, since I was a kid. Ballet lessons are a prerequisite. So it's easy to be a ham just about anywhere I go around the world....for the ethnic dances peoplle always want to teach me. While in the Middle East I fell in love with belly dancing. A bunch of us girls were celebrating a TSGT's birthday in Iraq by buying her a bunch of belly dancing paraphanelia. Of course not only did we get drunk and make her wair the garb, but we started taking turns putting it on and dancing. Little did we realize, an Iraqi colleague who tended to "blend" into the corner was taping the whole little private party on his cell phone. We were pissed at first when we realized he was taping, but now we laugh about it. I'm trying to upload it and hope no one can identify any of the people in it. I may uplaod and then take it down in a few days...if I can get the frickin thing up, lol. wish me luck uploading...

I hate You Tube and all the other social networking sites. Not reliable in my experience. That's why this is the only one I will even use. I'm gonna see if I can make it work. I know there isn't a lot of bandwidth...
